Liars! After obtaining enough of your personal information to file your case they'll give you the runaround until the statute of limitations has expired to inform you that they don't have enough info to move forward with your case and you should seek the help of another attorney after they have already filed your case, kept ALL of your money instead of a large percentage which would have been fair in my opinion. I think 44% of the amount they win for you is alot but fair considering the time and effort they put in & payroll expenses for the paralegals who they employ. But to take all of the money that is supposed to compensate a person who has suffered the effects of a dangerous drug that the manufacturers failed to adequately warn the people of the serious side-effects is just downright greedy and morally wrong. The worst case of theft by disception that I have ever seen. My quality of life has decreased significantly and I have permanent nerve and brain damage from a stroke caused by the very medication that was supposed to prevent it. My life is changed forever, I can't feel my left hand, I choke on everything I try to eat and drink and my long and short term memory was severely damaged. I needed that money to pay out of pocket costs of surgery I need that insurance won't cover and to think that some hotshot, high-end scammer is living high on the hog paying for all his luxuries on the dime of innocent victims of pharmaceutical experiments on human lab rats gone wrong makes me absolutely furious and Xarelto needs to be taken off the market before it hurts or kills anyone else. But anyone knowingly taking advantage of people like me by deceptively stealing the money meant to compensate them for serious injuries is a scumbag and should have his lowlife, lying ass thrown in prison. And never be allowed to practice law again. My complaint with the Georgia bar association is being filed and I suggest anyone else who has had the unfortunate experience of being mislead and robbed by this man in such an elaborate, high stakes scam to contact the Georgia bar association to file your formal complaint as well. I am dedicating the rest of my life to expose scammers on every level and hope that my only compensation now is to see that no one else is scammed in such a way. I didn't lose money out of pocket but handing over all my personal info to someone with the expectations of being compensated for serious injuries is even worse in my opinion. These type of scams are designed to target desperate, middle-class people that are too smart to send money to someone they've never met in person. You haven't seen the last of me Mr. Eichholz. I am out to warn the world of "the justice lawyer" Catchy name for someone needing brought to justice themselves.
