I wrote a 1 star review about my experience a few years ago. John Convery immediately called me and begged me to remove the review and I did as I felt bad for the guy. The reason for the poor review was I am a seasoned investor and was just trying to get some specific details on a certain FIA from them. Very good. He knows his stuff.
Over 4 weeks since posting(see above) and still no settlement of costly RMD mistake. Did receive a note telling me my accountant need not be active advising me! Also received a request to delete my original review! I requested papers so accountant and I can review them before settling with Convery's office. Gave me a date but no advance papers! I'm 82 yrs. old and will not be intimidated! Update.-Dispute resolved with equanimity! and to my satisfaction.
I am proud to get to work somewhere where you can see the impact you make in someones life
Did not follow up with auto RMD after first year and stalling on reimbursing me over $1500 in penalties I had to pay this year. Promised me last year in e-mails to cover..My accountant gave them all the info they needed!
