I scheduled an appointment with a nutritionist and confirmed my appointment the day before. However, when I went there for my appointment, nobody showed up because my nutritionist was told that I left a voice message several days ago to cancel my appointment, which I never did. One of the front desk ladies at this therapy said that she received a voice message asking to cancel this appointment without leaving their name. I recently moved to the Burlington area from Virginia and I consider myself fortunate to have found a very good physical therapist in Ben Corcoran at the Edge Physical Therapy. I have been receiving PT since August 2023 due to hip revision surgery that was preceded by three hip dislocations following the first revision surgery. I went to see Alex with problems with stiffness and general flexibility issues with my back. He gave me effective exercises and explained what they would do and how to approach them. He listened and tailored the exercises precisely to my needs. He was consistently professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
Ben was always very knowledgeable and supportive and knew what therapies would help me most on any given day, as well as making it fun. Thanks Ben!
