Love the laundry sheets, but last time I was in they were out, and I was told to check the Facebook page for news that they had arrived. There was not a post on Facebook since early in December and when I went down there to check it was not open the hours it said it was, no number to call. Kind of disappointing
I've been by here twice and it's never open the hours they say they're open. Also there is no phone number to call ahead to find out when they will decide to open. It's the Christmas season and I wanted to buy a gift but I guess I'll be scrambling to find something else to buy.
I've been a handful of times, and I'm so happy this business is here! We primarily fill our hand soap and dish soap here, and I look forward to trying even more products. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and made the refilling process seem so much less intimidating than I thought it would when I was a first-timer.
