This was one of the most unprofessional and concerning experiences we’ve ever had. Our account was handed over without proper transparency to this lawyer. Despite charging our account, this lawyer failed to provide a receipt, ignored repeated attempts to communicate, and made no effort to explain the fees being applied. This individual, who presents himself as a lawyer, has demonstrated deeply unprofessional and questionable conduct. Communication has been extremely poor—phone calls go unanswered, and there is little to no transparency in how he operates. The billing practices are especially concerning, with no clear or detailed invoices provided—only vague ledgers that are difficult to understand. Overall, the experience has raised serious concerns about honesty and accountability, and I intend to report these practices.
Never answers his phone. No clear explanation, and unreasonable fee
We currently use DuPont Law Firm for all of our HOA issues. He is by far the most knowledgeable attorney in the State of Colorado. He is up to date on the laws & it seems to me all the negative reviews are from those people who have been sued for violating their covenants or for non-payment of dues. Before you go blaming him for anything, look at yourselves in the mirror.
