We currently use DuPont Law Firm for all of our HOA issues. He is by far the most knowledgeable attorney in the State of Colorado. He is up to date on the laws & it seems to me all the negative reviews are from those people who have been sued for violating their covenants or for non-payment of dues. Before you go blaming him for anything, look at yourselves in the mirror. Absolute sub human piece of garbage.
Absolutely awful person and lawyer. Never answers any calls or emails unless it’s a week plus later with his delay on his own behalf he continues to add legal fees and has no clear answers. With all the legal fees charging he should have enough money to hire an assistant to help him run a better business.
