Had an unfortunate experience with Matt Dun. He is interested in money only without a quality representation. At first he will promise you the world making you believe that his wishful thinking has nothing to do with the reality. Be aware to always ask about the cons as Matt failed to tell you that there are a lot of limitations that Matt can actually handle.
