I booked a 3:30 appointment. I pre-paid online and booked my appointment. I got here early. The door is locked. It is now 3:45 the door is still locked and no one is answering the phone or the door. The Doctor did not show for the 4pm zoom call. Go to icryo or anywhere else that will respond professionally and treat you with the same courtesy.
