Just went into this store for the first time. I was last minute looking for a wedding dress and everywhere they're so expensive. They definitely had price ranges from $200 to $1000 while that is still pricey it's far more better then the other bouques that are $1500-$6000 and more. I see the older comments but I'm guessing they have new management now because they were very accommodating to all sizes and I tried on a bunch of dresses
Great service. A bit pricey but they get the job done, especially last minute jobs
Purchased a dress for a future event. Unfortunately something occurred for our family and we can not attend the event. I called right away to inquire about a refund. Yes, there is a no refund policy, but come on. The pick-up date for the dress is May 18th, and you haven't started alterations. I would think a reasonable business could do better.
My daughter was able to find her prom dress here in under 3 hours and even have it shipped to Iowa where she lives. Very helpful staff that knows their stuff.
