worst customer service in all the dispensaries in Tucson! just lost my order and refused to take Any fault! blaming your customers is the best way to loose them as you have just demonstrated! shop at green halo better prices better bud much nicer people!
The flower here sucks. Go somewhere else and spend your money.

If you like good flower, don’t go to this dispensary. Have never really been satisfied and my last visit I was plain ripped off on an online order. $130 pre pack 1/2 oz should have been for a very discounted price. I ended up pitching it. Wouldn’t smoke it. Absolute garbage. I’ve been medicating for 37 yrs and I know my flower. This was a crop gone wrong and they are selling it at full price.

I’ve gone into this place maybe 10 times this summer, product choice with flower is abysmal. Even when their system says they have something, they usually don’t. There have been times when I order something labeled sativa and I get a hybrid, same strain name just labeled hybrid. Today was the first day I was legitimately excited about a product I saw in their system. What I saw this afternoon confirmed why I live this place. I watched a cool 20 something guy giving an order to an elderly lady and he was so gentle and kind to her. I’ve gotten that same treatment when I was a novice customer. Thanks for all you great people!
Hire HR department. Hire managers who are aware of current Fair Business laws. Contact a business lawyer regarding their practices. Hire Chemist/Botanists with degrees to grow competently and proven track records with results. Avoid cutting corners. Seek outside help from proven consultants. When hiring new employees, promote according to past and current experience instead of using hazing tactics and elitism. There is much much more, in all honesty their business practices should be reported to a news agency or made public.
