These folks are absolutely friendly and helpful for tourists homeless even locals in general . I had two positive pleasnat interactions with Lily. Candice. Donovan. And Jackson very polite and helpful young men and women working with the ambassador type program .They were very helpful when I asked them about basic busking and steet performing laws and such . They pretend to care, but this is an act. They talk a lot, but do very little to clean up the homelessness problem in Salt Lake City. Downtown SLC has turned into a giant hobo tent city.
