Purchased a Kona mountain bike from The Downingtown Bicycle Shop back in May. The associates were super helpful - primarily a younger guy who was into the hobby himself who I wish I recalled the name of. great guy and a valuable asset to your shop. He was super patient and took the time to answer a hundred questions I had. I am still thrilled about the bike. Fast forward to now, just took the same bike down blue mountain 5 times the other day and had an absolute blast. So happy I stopped in that day!
So I went in there with my mom my rim was out of shape so I went there to see if they can fix it they said they would need to replace the hole thing it would cost $150 than my dad went somewhere else and they said it would cost $25 to fix don't come here they will rip you off they did that to all my friends in Downingtown so just letting you guys know
I brought my broken rusty bike into the shop. They quickly and kindly diagnosed each part that needed work done. I was given a price quote and a time estimate before making my decision on the repairs. They finished the job early, before their estimated time. The final results are great. Skinny B approved. ✅
