Right as we arrived in the area for vacation, my front bike tire popped. Called DTOWN bike shop to see if I would be able to get it repair without an appointment. Was told to come by anytime. We arrived and within 15 minutes, my bike tire was fixed. Thank you for the prompt and professional service.

Purchased a Kona mountain bike from The Downingtown Bicycle Shop back in May. The associates were super helpful - primarily a younger guy who was into the hobby himself who I wish I recalled the name of. great guy and a valuable asset to your shop. He was super patient and took the time to answer a hundred questions I had. I am still thrilled about the bike. Fast forward to now, just took the same bike down blue mountain 5 times the other day and had an absolute blast. So happy I stopped in that day!
So I went in there with my mom my rim was out of shape so I went there to see if they can fix it they said they would need to replace the hole thing it would cost $150 than my dad went somewhere else and they said it would cost $25 to fix don't come here they will rip you off they did that to all my friends in Downingtown so just letting you guys know
