I hope this man receives all the good karma points life has to offer. He deserves them all and more. I found myself in a precarious situation. Out of the 10 or so attorneys I called he was one of 2 to call me back. On top of that, he spent a decent amount of time on the phone with me and gave great advice out of the goodness of his heart. While he no longer practices in the area of law I needed, the knowledge he imparted to me and advice was invaluable. Don’t hesitate to use Mr. Downey; not only is he smart he is also kind.

My attorney David Downey from The Downey Firm is probably the best attorney. I moved to the area and I called him. He did the best job and explained everything to me step by step. He was able to see me right away and on top of that made me feel very comfortable through the court process which of course the case was all taken care of by David and was dismissed.
