From start to finish, Dan Dorsch was accommodating to my every wish — answering questions, offering explanations, and responding to requests. He was knowledgable in the extreme, and was personable, as well. The fact that I made numerous changes along the way, as I reviewed what I had requested, was never a problem. I applaud his professionalism.
