Good food, great service
I’m very pleased with the excellent customer service that was demonstrated by Carlo, who works at the Dorchester and Manor. Today he assisted me when my delivered package was missing and found it for me. I appreciate it very much, Carlo! The employees here at Dorchester and Manor are very pleasant. Lisa at the Reception Desk is magnificent!!!! She greets everyone with a warm smile. She is eager to meet the needs of every resident. She does everything she can to make residents happy. I have lived here for four years and hope I never have to move. It is very clean and the residents and staff are friendly and helpful. It is a little far out but quiet is worth the drive. Susan is a blessing. I can’t imagine the Dorchester without her. The building would be lost without Luis Roman. He can fix anything and takes pride with his work.
