Messed up the order twice. The representative on the phone was absolutely unhelpful. Notified that the door is out of stock 1 day before the delivery date. It took The Door Store over 4 months to get the refund. Furious about such service!!!
disaster in the works just dealing with them. Ordered a basic 2'6" x 6'8"x 1 3/4" birch door slab. They got the wrong door from the supplier(1 3/8" instead of 1 3/4. Don't know if it was ordered wrong or just not caught on delivery, but the end result was me spending almost my whole day trying to pick up my door.
