We had a complicated closing due to the property being a part of an estate which was probated more than 10 years ago, requiring extra steps from the Surrogate’s Court. Mr. Donaldson coordinated everything necessary and was able to facilitate a quick closing so the buyers wouldn’t lose their locked-in rate. Mr. Donaldson is very personable, professional and communicated with us throughout the entire process. His fee was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend his services and intend to use him again in the future.
