Valmiro donado is a scam artist of the first order. He takes advantage of people that are less knowledgeable in areas of the law. If you are hispanic and your english is lacking, YOU ar HIS main target. I would stay far away from him as possible. I paid for his services in 2013 to modify my mortgage because i was having issues with the bank. All the terms were discussed regarding how much his services would cost and for how long.
