I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered a custom-made dress for my girls night and what I received was completely unacceptable. The dress is entirely different from what was discussed and agreed upon. The lace used is not the lace that was agreed too , despite clear communication and confirmation from the worker that the correct lace would be used.
