Terrible customer service. I received the dress after 3weeks and had sent multiple messages—emails and DM on instagram as I needed the dresses urgently and website says 1week delivery. I called and talked to their manager but all they said was they didn’t see my email or message and zero apology or accountability on their part for being late.
