I order some pendants and never received them. No one answers the Baltimore store or the Los Angeles store. I even sent message through IG.
I placed an online order in January. Received 3 out of like 7 items and there has been no contact. I’m in dispute right now. The most important and most expensive items I ordered (customs blazer, camo jacket, ring, and brooch) were not delivered and they are trying to avoid giving me a refund. This is bad business, and essentially fraud. No one will answer either phone number they have listed on the website or call me back, and the email doesn’t even work.
