Very rude bad customer service
We’ve boated in Slidell for 10 years, but today’s experience at Pointe Marina Dock was unacceptable. As a disabled veteran, I was forced to park 1.2 miles away while others double parked and even blocked the exit ramp. The dock manager offered rides on his golf cart to others but left me to walk. If this is how they treat people, we won’t be back.
