I have a 2 min. video I would like to show of their driver being verbally abusive to me, threatening to take away my trips as and the supervisor agreeing with her, refusing to do anything for me and siding with his abusive driver. Below is my complaint:Driver was refusing to take $10 saying, "We do not give change," I had no problem with that. I got an account last year, bought $70 of tickets. Need a ride to Dr. this Weds. They have lost my account. They put me on hold to get another account set up and then hung up on me. Called back, long wait, then a voice message that they were busy. Called ***************** she put me on wait to talk to a dispatcher, long wait, no one answered. I'm out my nonrefundable $70 worth of tickets and need to see Dr. I am very disappointed in their customer service, and absolutely think it is unfair for them to keep my $70 after the h... read more
