My dad went for the first time and usually goes to cloud9. He said the employee at the kiosk was half asleep when he came in and said they were a little rude and not very helpful, seemed like they wanted him gone. He’s 63 years old and usually gets a senior discount but one wasn’t offered one, they didn’t offer any deals. Service and customer interaction just wasn’t there. Ended up paying more than he should. Will be going to Michigan instead fs
Selling empty tubes
The staff were VERY nice and the whole process was easy. plenty of kiosks, quick order fulfillment, and good selection...I would of given 5 stars, but pricing was a bit higher than other places I have been to in Illinois.
Very friendly and helpful. Not bad for a new place.
Use to be good. Now, stock selection is very limited and everything is overpriced.
