sold me a contactor for $70 went online and got 2 more for 8.99 each with free shipping,,, same exact item and brand.. i will never go here again..
I called Discount A/C and they had exactly what I needed. I needed a capacitor for my A/C unit and they had it in stock. They matched my old one up with a new one and I was out of there in 5 minutes. I switched it out myself and saved a lot of money. Wayne Sr. really knows what he's talking about, he can answer any question you might have about HVAC.
What a joke this place is i bought a new 3.5 ton heat pump there 8 months ago and recently went to turn on the heater and the defrost control doesnt work all the wires have been cut to it. after further investigation the unit is a 2008 model with a 2012 compressor in it a new fan motor and they are telling me they told me it had been converted from 3 phase to single phase and it was a new unit thats why nothing matched up on it. My girlfriend and I recently purchased a Trane gas furnace from these folks. We got a top quality product at a very reasonable price. Everything that they said they would do was completed to the letter from shipping the product to us picking it up. I would recomend Discount AC Outlet to anyone. In fact my neighbor wants a new furnace and is calling them tomorrow.
