It’s a very relaxing and tranquil environment. I love to get a massage and spend time unwinding here. Highly recommended.
Fantastic! Took my young adult with me for a special treat today. Norma Lopez and Mariana were our my massage therapists; they were skilled, attentive, and wonderful. The overall ambiance was delightful and soothing, and the staff who welcomed us were kind and supportive. Thank you, Norma L, Mariana, and Diplomat Spa team, for a wonderful experience today.
Had the best massage with Norma Lopez. I’ve gotten massages before and Norma’s was the best, she really knew what she was doing and it was soo relaxing. The whole environment in the spa is very therapeutic, relaxing and clean. The sauna and steam room were amazing and the lounge area was so comfortable. Will definitely recommend for people to come here and request Norma Lopez
We had a birthday spa day and we had an amazing time. It was a group of 7 girls and from the moment we walked in we were greeted very warmly. The checking process was seamless and the facilities were beautiful and super clean. My massage therapist Rodolfo gave me the best massage I’ve ever had and I am beyond happy. We were able to enjoy the hotel facilities and had so much fun. Highly recommend this spa!!!
I am confused, your virtual tour shows the oceanfront lounge but then you have the image for the couples massage with oceanview is the same room. I would go ever year just to sit in the lounge to relax before and after the massage then they closed it off. Why pay so much and go to an oceanfront resort spa and not be able to see it from the spa area unless you book a couples massage?? You are limiting the guests with that specatular view from inside without having to actually stay at the resort or be outside. Plenty of high e... read more
