The new owner over at the dime is a true bud tender and his customer service is beyond any I have found in the city. All his recommendations have been perfect and he even remembers I'm an indica fan. Huge selection and highly recommended! Hopefully Wortley has a new and permanent bud tender, looking forward to my next visit.
Had a really positive experience when I was in a few weeks ago to try something new. The staff were both very friendly and welcoming and the space was so nice and clean. I chatted with them about something I'd been using for a while and wanted to switch it up. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and I was so pleased and feeling good about what they recommended! No need to leave the village anymore for my needs. So glad to have that little shop back!!

My partner went in to this shop a few weeks ago and purchased an item and when he got it home we found out quickly that it was not good and needed to be returned. After going back and talking to the gentleman about it he was very accommodating and polite and did the exchange with a small discount for the inconvenience. We ended up buying other things before leaving and had a pleasant experience. We will definitely return!
