I was very disappointed with the way my concerns were initially handled by Dime Bank. However, I want to acknowledge the positive change that followed. The Vice President of Retail personally reached out to me, listened to my concerns, and immediately took steps to resolve the issue. Our neighborhood bank provided good old-fashioned service when the large on-line institutes made promises they couldn't keep.
