I highly recommend The Devine Law Group for tax reduction services. I've used them for one of my income properties and they got me a giant reduction that saved me more $10,000. I've also referred them to several other people that have benefitted from their services. The best part is, not only are they very professional and great at what they do, they are also good people that are always willing to take time out to understand your questions and concerns about the process.
Nora and her staff provided excellent service in appealing and successfully reducing our property taxes in Lake County IL. CJ was great in communications. There was a bit of a long wait to hear back from the appeal (which they had forewarned me), but I was very happy with the results. I was introduced to Nora initially through a local professional organization, and I highly recommend Nora and her firm for their professional expertise!
Useless. All they plan to do is fill out a property tax appeal form and attach comps - no legal strategy or intent to actually try to succeed. You can totally do that yourself. Theyre just lazy and collecting $$ from property owners.
Nora did a wonderful job for us out in Jo Daviess County. She was successful in significantly lowering the assessment for two years, AND she was willing to go out to Jo Daviess County since the Board would not agree to a virtual hearing. Not only was she sucessful in the reassessment BUT she is one of the few attorneys that would handle an appeal for a property that was no where near the Chicago Metro area. We could not be happier with the results!
