Great service from Jennifer. Had my screen replaced in October she even gave me a warranty on the work. Also ordered a case from her. This morning my phone stopped working couldn't get it to do anything, she had it working in less than 5 minutes. Didn't charge me anything because it was an easy fix. It's worth the 30 minute drive to her store. She is so very friendly,great customer service and knowledgeable. I'm very confident in what she does.
She has helped us with fixing a couple of our phones now. She is friendly and professional. If she can't work on a phone or feels it isn't worth the cost to fix it, she will be honest with you about that and not just take your money and rip you off. Her work quality is great. We have always gotten our phones back quickly and in working order. I highly recommend the Device Doctor!
