Very satisfied with every service.
I had a battery replaced in my Samsung S22 at Batteries Plus. It started to swell splitting the phone apart. I showered up at The Device Clinic a half hour before they closed and they installed a new battery, charged less than Batteries Plus. 1 year warranty. All while I waited. Robyn was very personable and fixed my charging issue for free while the other phone repair place in Plant City was going to charge $59. Our conversation was brief, but she seemed genuinely invested in the Plant City community and in helping folks.
