I was told my order would be ready on Monday. When I called to check, I was told it would be done Tuesday instead. Now it's Wednesday, I still don't have my order and no one will answer the phone. This kind of service is completely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. The lack of reliability and communication is incredibly frustrating. Save yourself the trouble and take your business somewhere that values its customers and keeps its word. This experience has been nothing but a disappointment.
This is where we take all of our business!! Leslie was able to make all of our shirts for our marathon/5k and they were PERFECT!!!!
Work was ok, but it took months to get the shirts. I had to constantly text and check in on my order. She never got back to me on her own.
