Other than the receptionist and the medical assistant that came in the room first I felt everyone else was pretty unprofessional and had a horrible bedside manner
Terrible experiences! A few years ago, called and scheduled an appointment for my daughter. Gave her birthdate and was booked by phone. Arrived to the appointment only to be turned away because she was under 3. This week, I booked an appointment for my son and was sent a confirmation email. After taking off work and school, arrived to the appointment only to be told we scheduled the appointment wrongly. They said they called and left a voicemail but I did not receive any messages nor email. Again was turned away. Worst costu... read more
This place is not very good at customer service. They never call you back or advocate for their patients with their insurance.
I had a good experience at this office. Everyone was very kind and friendly.
I had my first appointment today to have a full body scan and dry skin/rosacea assessment. Bria and Eva, her medical assistant, were great: very respectful, time efficient, and supportive and solution oriented. Would definitely recommend!
