I have been to numerous dermatologist, and this was by far my best experience. Their staff is very friendly and Kylie Harden is amazing. I will definitely recommend this to others.
My visits have been terrible. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. But the assistants are very rude and look like they don’t want to be there and the Dermotologist isn’t much better. Doesn’t listen to the patients issues and her bedside manner is the worst I have ever seen in the health industry. This is the first bad review I’ve ever left for anyone. That’s saying a lot
This is quite a belated review, but worth offering. The people were so kind and compassionate with my minor procedure, did a biopsy, called me a few days later to report that I had dermatitis, and told me I should schedule ANOTHER appointment to discuss possible “things I could do.” I declined because that felt unprofessional and greedy. Could Bria not have simply called in an Rx me? That usually does the trick and would have taken her two whole minutes.
