From the booking process through to receptionist and then the appointment with the Dr. I was very happy with the attention to detail . I have a family history of nasty skin cancers so wanted to find a clinic that wasn’t just churning the people through. With Drs that explained everything and were thorough. Will definitely stay with this practice and highly recommend.
I had a fantastic experience here, as I was nervous as I had been in the sun quite a bit and never had a skin check before. The Dermatologist was friendly and put me at ease and completed a full skin checked, which she took her time completing nothing rushed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
Was referred by my GP only for them to refuse me and tell me I need to go to Sydney or Newcastle. Not happy. What is the point of a GP referral if they won’t see you anyway.
Dr Dwyer twice ignored what a blind man could see, resulting in a lot of money, many surgeries and radiation. We should never have gone back after the first time
