So disappointing to have to write this review but one of my worst experiences ever. I booked over my first appointment the phone and received an email confirmation. At no point during booking was I informed about a consultation charge on top of the cost of the facial. After the facial I was charged this extra fee that I had no idea about and the way I was treated at this point was shameful.
