I recently had an appointment with Matt and Dr Sam. It was such a great experience, they were both so helpful and answered all my questions, I felt completely taken care of. I would highly recommend this place for its professionalism and genuine care in their craft.
I've visited Derm Lab twice now for appointments with Dr. Sam and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He is genuine, provides thoughtful suggestions, and the results have been amazing. I'm glad I trusted his advice and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are professional and make the whole experience even better.
Booked in for emscult and had a fat freezing procedure instead. Biggest regret of my life.. many years on at my stomach looks awful. Unfortunately this resulted in my stomach having fat hardened on it. Definitely do your research before booking in. I wish I had spoken up at the time. I was offered red light therapy and recommended lymphatic drainage massage at my own cost. Just be aware that the downsides of procedures like these can last a life time and take many years of healing and re-gaining of self-confidence.
Where to start, I cannot recommend Christian & the Derm Lab team enough, professional, welcoming & above all you are truly looked after from the start to the end of your day, seemless. A massive thank you to Dr Sam, Casey, Chris, Diem (hope I spelled that correctly) & Lee, what a team!! If your thinking of a Hair Transplant look no further, Derm Labs where it’s at !! thank you guys and looking forward to seeing you all on my post op journey 🥰
