Wow. What a relief after 45 minutes of manipulation. Thought I had grown a new left leg afterwards. Really enjoyed chatting with Emma during the session. Definitely a recommendation from me.

Didn't know this place was here, so easy to park, Emma was brilliant. Had hip pain for 2 years and tight shoulders. I feel so much better after 40 minutes massage. I learnt alot too.

I went to see Emma as I was having knee pain whilst running. Emma recorded me on the treadmill and highlighted issues and explained how to correct them, giving me pointers whilst recording again to compare the 2. Emma's knowledge was great but she explained things in a simple manor which will help me to both improve my running and muscle imbalances. Highly recommended.

Only went once . Absolutely amazing next day felt bruised. But expected that as muscles in back seize up

Went to see Emma for a gait analysis. It was fantastic. Had a really in depth discussion about my running, any aims, and any problems I was having. Throughout the assessment everything was explained really clearly with all my questions answered. Emma talked through the treadmill videos to show where, and how, I could improve. The final run on the treadmill being given pointers on how to correct my form was invaluable. Overall an excellent session and investment. I'm looking forward to future sessions.
