The Derby Manor has no visitor parking except for a small strip of 6 spaces that fill up quickly. Otherwise you have to park on the street. There are so many cars parked along the street that you cannot see the ongoing traffic. The majority of other parking lots are reserved for residents and staff. Our family could not be any happier that our loved one has found a home at The Derby Manor. It is truly a great peace of mind knowing he is in an environment that is safe, secure, clean, and most importantly nurturing. The staff and residents work hand in hand with each other. It's the best of both worlds. As I see it, it's a Senior "All Inclusive" in a great surrounding. We were in need of finding a senior independent housing very quickly in 2023. We looked at a few places for my Dad. For the same price as others we had seen, they were Best Western and this is the Hilton!
