My company on my cruise worked here for a little over a year and a half. In that time they were late on their invoice more than 10 out of the 18 month. This place has no care in the world about its contractors and they just treat them like garbage. If your a contractor like me and you actually care about what you do. Don't try and give these guys a deal or even be fair. They are part of the Hospital Employers Union. My mother recently moved into the Derby Manner retirement home, and I must say, that this place it stop notch! Our whole experience, from our very first phone inquiry, up to and including the actual move, was exceptional! We were referred to Hani, to book a tour, and he accommodated us with an appointment almost immediately. When we met, he showed us two different available suites, and then met with us again on another day, just because my mom wanted a second look. Beautiful independent living place for elderly people. I have been to so many of these long term or independent living place and I kid you not as soon as you enter the building it’s smells like Stale cloth or wet dog Ehhhh….. But this building when you enter so clean smells so fresh. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Lovely Receptionist and Manager . People of the building are so sweet polite and funny . Green belt at the back lots of parking . Great food and pub night and lots of fun activities for your loved once.
