They were fast and reasonable in replacing the tube in my bike. Very friendly.
We were exploring uptown Butte and stumbled upon The Derailed Bike Shop—what a great find! We were warmly greeted and even given a quick tour of the shop. It’s not overflowing with excess inventory; instead, they carry only the essentials… but only the best essentials. Great service to GDMBR riders. Opens at 1100 but super fast service thereafter. Austin retaped my DT Swiss rim so I am again enjoying a tubeless ride. Thanks Janice.
I received great service from Austin and the other staff at Derailed. They quickly provided needed repairs to get me back on the GDMBR. I can’t recommend them enough.
Walked in with no apointment and Austin was able to give my bicycle a look over, recommend some repairs and then did them. How great is that? All the while keeping a very affable demeanor. Thank you.
