We have been shipping for 25 years and we have never used this Company and now I know why. We're supposed to receive a delivery we were told between 1 9-1. It was a 40 foot container full of supplies so we had the street blocked off and our workers on stand. 12:50 I called the company to find out the status, they had no idea about any order and they couldn't find our order so I was on hold for about 15 minutes listening to how great their company was on their ongoing on hold loop of self promotion. They boast of "Same Day Proof of Delivery" while I wait forever on hold for POD I've been requesting for an entire month. I have yet to receive it.

Told us they would deliver our item between 12 and 4pm. No phone call, no update, no one answers the customer service line. I took the day off work to be here for that obnoxious delivery window. It’s now 530pm. The main office is now closed, still no contact from any delivery people…I have no idea where our stuff is.
