They need employees who know what they're doing! I sat there about 20 minutes just to make a deposit into my landlords savings account. I have done this for years on end and never had to give them my drivers license. Please remove unknowledgeable employees from the drive-thru as people are generally in a hurry, hence the whole reason for using the drive-thru.
