I worked with Dwayne Marcus at the Delaware National Bank to refinance my upstate home. Dwayne was excellent to work with. He put a lot of time and effort into my case. He was always available and responded to emails and calls. The Delaware National Bank is a great community bank and they hire employees who really care about the customer.
I have been a customer for 17 years. For normal, everyday banking needs, DNBD is very good, but don't expect to use your debit card for any major online purchases. They repeatedly decline my transactions online, even after calling them beforehand to tell them that I will be making one. Edit 1/25/25: Dropped another star. Blocking online purchases and restricting my card even more often.
Dwayne was my main contact at the bank while purchasing my first home. He was easy to get in contact with, communicative and supportive throughout the whole process.
Working with Dwayne and the bank was easy. Dwayne stuck with me thru the whole process as it took much longer than anticipated. I recommend Dwayne and Delaware bank!!
