I recently moved into the Delaney of Bridgewater, independent living and was compelled to write a review to complement and thank Julia Guasco, move in coordinator. She went above and beyond to help me get settled into my new apartment from hooking up all my electronics to the wi-fi, bringing lunch to my room on move in day, giving me a welcome bag with so much information in it and introduced me to some of the residents so I would feel more comfortable. From the moment we entered property, my dad felt like he was at home. From Barb, our sales consultant, to Alex in the dining room and Julia, the move in coordinator, and everyone else on staff, everything was handled with the utmost consideration, kindness and professionalism. The Delaney already feels like an extension of our family and I recommend it highly.
Today we had an excellent and very productive visit at the Delaney. Our host ,Barbara Covington, was gracious, knowledgeable, answered our questions fully and honestly and was, in general, a great representative of the facility. Cannot express enough how wonderful transitioning our Mom to The Delaney Bridgewater assisted living has been!! From the moment we met Julia, we knew we were all in great hands. Julia was amazing with thorough information, follow--ups on paperwork, move-in questions & even helping connect Google home and our wi-fi connections.
