I recently moved into a Villa at the Delaney of Bridgewater. From the very first contact I had with the staff, it has been a wonderful experience. EVERYONE is friendly, professional, accommodating, and always helpful. The interior of the units are top quality, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. From the concierge staff, maintenance staff and senior management staff, they have all been welcoming!!! Thank you, Regina Villa 2
Move in was easy. The coordinator had all of the documents, doctor information and medication ahead of time. Wide range of hours to move in with no overly strict move in requirements. Movers were able to get in and out easily within the window of hours available by the facility. Staff friendly and helpful and assisting with meeting the other residents.
The staff at the Delaney are extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and got out of their way to make everyone as comfortable with their move as possible. My parents, although reluctant at first, are thriving in their new life at the Delaney. We can’t thank the Delaney staff enough for making my parents transition a great experience.
Our Mom has been part of The Delaney of Bridgewater community for the last several years, beginning with Independent Living, then on to Assisted Living, and now finally Memory Care. Although seeing my Mom’s cognitive decline has been difficult, I’m grateful that Belkis and her Staff ensure the residents receive the proper care and attention, and that the environment is welcoming and friendly. It took me some time to write this review, not because of hesitation, but because placing a spouse into a Memory Care facility is very different to placing a parent.
