The selection and service here is great.
Going on 4 months and I still can't get a refund for returned decking. The guy everyone loves in the reviews they actually keep, has told me it's taken care of at least 20 times at this point. Worst retail experience I've had in a long time if not ever. Mon thru Friday 9 to 5 makes returning product a nightmare. Pricing isn't really competitive either. I did get quoted the wrong color so I thought it was competitively priced only to find out they wanted more money than what was available elsewhere during the ordering process... read more
