Super cool store and one that I used to enjoy going to a lot, but the crossdressing guy that works/manages and is always there is incredibly rude. He was a complete jerk to my wife a while back and that was the last time we ventured in there. The people at The Wyvern's Tale are significantly more welcoming and kind.
Barely showed up late to a Pokemon tournament and got denied because the guy was too lazy to let me late sing up. No pairings made yet. Drove a whole hour just to come play and got turned away soon as I showed up. Never coming here again.
Continuously over priced products that have any potential to pull a valuable card. Just recently the Lorwyn Eclipsed collector booster they sold for $50 when MSRP is $35. In my experience ever since MTG Final Fantasy set came out they charged $700 for a collector box (and bought out local competitors to sell the product for their own selfish gain. Shameful behavior. I have been in several times now and have felt welcomed each time and have found this that I was looking for and things I didn’t know I was looking for, i got some pretty dice from the Ashevillans at the store and have gotten lots of fun things! I can’t wait for my next trip
