Mr. Garza was recommended to me years ago, and I quickly saw why. He’s straightforward, never sugarcoats things, and always kept me updated so I knew what was going on. I can’t speak to his courtroom skills because I never had to go that far — and honestly, that’s what I think makes a great lawyer. He handled everything before it ever reached that point. I’d definitely recommend him.

Sub-par at best - Rafael was hired to represent me in a funeral home negligence case. The contract was signed 11/9/21 - This was a 40/60 contingency case. The original petition was not filed until 3/14/22. 4 months later. It took a year for him to get a court date and two years to figure out that the defendant did not have insurance.
