Fast responses, good communications, a superb phone interview with Mr. Daughtrey, and an incredibly thorough PDF document provided by Mr. Daughtrey during the Strategy Session going over all the issues and answering all my questions in excellent detail.

Very nice and seems very knowledgeable; I had a good consultation with Mr. Daughtrey. However, I am disappointed because the firm agreed to some follow-up items that I have been waiting on for the past 6 months. I've contacted them several times for updates but I am not getting any return phone calls or emails.
