My husband used this man as a criminal defense lawyer. What started out as 2 felonies ended up with 14 felonies because of his bad advise and then he removed himself from the case. This man didn’t read the original plea deal, he “skimmed through it”, his words. He also didn’t check his email to inform me of a court date, which resulted in a missed court date and revocation of my bond. He did admit to these “mistakes” in court. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Lacks knowledge, experience, and integrity. Because of improper handling to key points of my personal injury claim, I filed an ACAP grievance. To my great disappointment it did not result in my complete favor but the Florida Bar gave him a little slap on the hand for a documented 12-month period. I do not recommend this attorney and beware the business name says, “Daniels Group” but there’s only one…. so much deception.
