I spoke to two RE lawyers before speaking with mark regarding a lease I was trying to get out of due to the affects of covid. Mark was the only lawyer that didn’t try to sign me up for a retainer, he was straight up on my situation and found one clause in my contract that could possibly help me with my situation. He didn’t push me for a large upfront $400 consultation or a retainer. I took his advice based on the clause he found in my contract and it worked. My landlord agreed to a reasonable termination fee.
