We offer Adult dance and fitness classes, and welcome you if you are new to dance! We specialize in Barre fitness which uses dance inspired movement to create long, lean muscles. We also have beginner Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, Broadway, and more! We are the only studio in town that offers free babysitting so you can focus on feeding your passion!

I have no experience with dance studios but this seemed to be later out well. Samba lessons were a stretch for me. The instructor was great and I give major props to my dance partners.

Truly a welcoming community for all and a studio with passionate, professional, and nonjudgmental instructors. If you are looking for a place for all kinds of dance and all levels of dancers, you’ve found the right one. Thank you Ellen, Kristina, and Megan for all y’all hard work and amazing instructions.
I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! It’s warm and welcoming and non-judgmental on Dance ability or personality which means A lot to Me. I am also pregnant so when I went into Dance at my class the instructor was super understanding and gave me modifications to care best for Me and My Baby Girl, definitely don’t want this place going anywhere because Of how SPECIAL IT IS AND MAKES ME FEEL💕.
