Beautiful property ruined by toxic management, nepotism, and safety hazards. As a resident who owns a home here and pays premium fees to live at The Cypress of Raleigh, I am deeply disappointed by the severe decline in our hospitality and service standards. While our property is beautiful, the housekeeping management under Supervisor Sandra Cross and Manager Diane Francis is shockingly unprofessional and creates a hostile, toxic culture.
