I had such a great experience at Cycling Fix Malvern. Paul honestly gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had — he was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. He spent so much time walking me through all the features of my new Specialized Turbo Vado 5.0 IGH and also explained how to look after it properly. I really appreciated the care and patience he showed, it made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend Paul and the team at Cycling Fix highly enough!
